You may have heard of asthma. It’s a fairly common disease. Asthma can cause shortness of breath. Although the disease is not completely curable, it can be controlled. Asthma can occur at any age. The incidence of infants and young women is relatively high. It causes swelling and inflammation of the inside of the trachea and obstruction of the respiratory tract. If left untreated, the disease may escalate and even die.

Getting cold food, bathing in cold water in the early morning or at night, not taking medication for the common cold, getting into the respiratory system of pets and toy animals, from the effects of dust and molten nets, smoke – from vehicle smoke, cigarette smoke, weather change Sweating, pollution, certain perfumes, the effects of certain jobs – gem cutting, long-term sinusitis and gastritis.

Shortness of breath, coughing, sneezing, and sore throat, chest cramps, noises when breathing in and out, difficulty breathing, sleeplessness, difficulty speaking. This causes many asthma sufferers to stop, talk to the lips and nails, and accelerate the heartbeat.
