One of the biggest problems faced by the youth of Sri Lanka today is the abdominal cramping. You may have noticed that most girls in Sri Lanka have this stomach problem since they were 16 years old. Why does the belly get so old? It is by your own fault that you become this ugly state. No matter how pretty your face is if you are overweight and hung up on your stomach tires. Foods that you eat

Today in Sri Lanka we are so busy that we are unable to make a good home. You give the little ones a little snack from the shop. The heavy oil in these cams can make your body look ugly. You don’t get any of these meals just for the stomach. As a woman, these problems can affect you the most. The estrogen hormone, the main hormone in women’s bodies, produces more and more fat. Avoid pizza, snacks, processed meats, burgers, and other fatty foods.

Liquor

The men in Sri Lanka have been drinking a lot of beer. What we mean by this is “beer bad“. Alcohol reduces rebellion. As a result, the non-combustible curls are stored as fat. Most of the fat is stored in the abdomen. So if you are an alcoholic, your stomach will be getting bigger every day.

Stress

You may have never thought about this. Yes, stress can make your stomach ache too. How is it Do you know that people with stress tend to like it more? Stress also impairs the body’s metabolism. The result is more body fat.

High Sugar foods & drinks

Are you a frequent drinker of soft drinks? Addicted to sugar? So it’s not surprising that you can stomach it. Most of the sugary foods and drinks are sucrose. The excess sugar you consume is stored as fat. If you don’t exercise, this condition doubles. So sugar control is what you should do.

Eating low protein foods

More than 90% of Sri Lanka’s people suffer from protein deficiency. The reason for this is the wrong eating pattern in Sri Lanka. Price money issues are also affected. In Sri Lanka, we eat a bowl of rice and eat a small piece of fish or a piece of dry fish. So no protein. The body gets more carbohydrates than is needed. The carbohydrates turn into sugar and then become fat and stored in the abdomen.

Fewer exercises

This is one of the main reasons why young people in Sri Lanka get stomach upset. How many girls in Sri Lanka go to a gym today? A high percentage of boys go to the gym. Girls are hungry tires without thinking about their bodies. They only care about the face. Put on jeans that are too tight for the makeup and hide the stomach and other hanging places. So do many actresses in Sri Lanka.

You don’t have to go to the gym to exercise your stomach. How much exercise can you do at home? But nothing can be done. Because those guys are too busy or too lazy. Women in Sri Lanka become great after they have a baby. And then I don’t care about the shape of the body or the tire of the stomach. “I don’t have time to do it now,” they say. So the husband gets a little tired of his wife.

Exercise a bit and don’t get bored. If necessary, you will make time for this. So your laziness is the cause of your stomach problems.
